Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO risks in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right.

Providing your item is unworn, as new and has all its tags attached you can return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase (or 30 days for Sale items). Please contact us to get the return address.
REFUNDS
When you request a refund for returned products, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping cost.
We aim to pay refunds within 7 days of the return arriving with us.
It will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are at the customer's expense, unless the returned item is faulty, in which case please contact Customer Services and we will arrange to cover your costs. All returns to us in China from overseas must be marked on the customs declaration that it is a 'RETURNED ITEM' and also including a print out of the emailed receipt you have from us.
